Treatments, as provided by the Trainees, serve to reduce pain and suffering, improve quality of life, and help to instill a greater sense of hope. PAAP works with local governmental and nongovernmental agencies and health-care facilities to improve access to and effectiveness of care through collaboration with Western and traditional health-care modalities.
